AUTO LOAD – Warehouse upgrade

Double deck tray upgraded to integrated storage. Will be used the internal spaces of the equipment properly. The original Double deck tray structure can only meet the production of 120 pcs of products for about 1 hour. The current silo can stack the trays and expand the capacity of the equipment to about 300pcs. It will sports production of about 2.5~3 hours.


Plasma
The prism reflection structure is adopted to monitor the flame, Reduced camera side monitoring of structural components.


Fixture upgraded to buckle
Improve the consistency and repeatability of products used in AA program.


AA100 equipment upgrade.
Combine the stations of AA production process into one, the width was upgraded from 2.7m to 1.85m. Help customers save cost in plant selection and dust-free room construction.


High-low temperature burn-in machine
The traditional burn-in machine is 85 ℃.
Upgraded high-low temperature burn-in machine, low temperature is -40℃，high temperature is 135℃. TF scanning with parallel optical tube was used to obtain the change of defocusing distance of the camera under different temperature environment.


Image capture board – upgrade.
Take the power module in the original aging system.
Image acquisition module and camera decoding module are separated.

1. After the power module is separated, it’s convenient to provide thermal management of the acquisition system.

2. Power module after the separation, easy to provide acquisition system thermal management.

3. Camera receiving board. For different cameras only need to replace the corresponding decoding module, improve system compatibility.

Video receiving board upgrade.
Put four different receiving board on one board. There is no need to change the receiving board to make corresponding changes when customers use different cameras.


Collimator upgrade.

1. The collimator is positioned with grating ruler. Improve the positioning accuracy of CHART. The accuracy of simulation distance is realized.

2. The collimator integrated with white light and 850nm & 940nm. Infrared improve the compatibility of different products.
