Aview image technology is focusing on image sensor application field, we provide high performance camera assembly and test service to automotive / autonomous drive, smartphone, security etc. market.
For our full auto automotive camera assembly line, we developed and integrated the full line by our technology from auto load, image sensor protect tape remove, PCB screw lock, key process active alignment, high temperature cure, burn-in test, front and rear cover screw lock or laser weld, leakge, optic, image test station, build a high integrated, high accuracy, high stable intelligent assembly line for our customer.
1)Automation
- We select and verify our standard parts, comply design rule and QA process for those non-standard parts strickly .
- We have PC base software and Siemens PLC motion control methods for different station application requirement.
- Our machine schemaitc and layout all follow GB/ISO standard, safty, ESD protection is all inspected strictly to make sure operator and DUT safe.
2)Image Grabber
- From our full assembly line, we have several key station need to use image grabber module, such as particle inspection, active alignment, lens test, burn-in test, fucntion test etc. Those image grabber boards are all developed by our own.
- Our image grabber board not only support MIPI interface, but also support most kinds of automotive camera with LVDS signal.
- At burn-in test station, we specially developed one multi-camera image grabber system, simplified burn-in test system, lower the cost and maintenance, but still reliable and stable.
3)Optic
- Due to the different application of automotive camera, such as rear camera, surround 360degree view camera, ADAS forward camera, all camera FOV change from 30 to 240 degree, test distance change from 15cm to infinit. To meet these different view angle and test distance, we developed our own collimators to satisfy different camera's assembly and test requirement.
- Our collimator seperated into two categories. 1) Fix focus collimator 2) motorized collimator for different customer and application requirement.
- We provide customized collimators service, for example we developed different collimator light source, such as visible light, R, G, B pure light source, IR850, 940 light source.
4)Active alignment
- Active alignment technology is our company core technology, with year by year developed, more and more functions added to our alignment machine, such as plasma clean&activation, particle inspection, dispensing glue, weight measuremnt, planarity measurement, lense inspection, active alignment, de-focus measurement etc, support more cameras like 360 surround cmaera, small FOV ADAS forward camera, support alignment lens or pcb.
5)Image quality analysis
- With automotive camera developed, more image quality analysis items support to our software, from basic sharpness, particle/blemish, color, dynamic range, white blance, FOV test to camera calibration and so on.
